I ordered a rug and paid for this online through the website. Unfortunately, I received a message a few days later to say the rug was out of stock. Could I suggest your website is updated in line with your supplier’s stock to avoid any disappointment in the future.
I then ordered a replacement rug which did not arrive within the 5-10 days timeframe provided. I did receive a message advising me there would be a delay with the delivery.
