“I ordered an unusual fabric it arrived when it was said to so I was pleased about that. If any thing was at odds the fabric was cut a little off but I manage to over come that with the item I made which was a bed runner.”

“When ordering a particular wallpaper, the service was fabulous and we were informed that they had 22 rolls in stock,(we only wanted 11 rolls) but subsequently, 3 days later,we were informed that Clayton's supplier had none in stock and that we would have to wait a number of weeks before they would be available. The fact that Claytons do not carry stock would deter me from ordering through that company again.”

“I have used Jane Clayton 6 times now for made-to-measure blinds and cushions and they have become my go-to for fabrics and soft furnishings. The service is great and the quality of the finished products better than any other hand-made service I’ve received. The blind and cushions I ordered this time are as exquisite as always. I have never been disappointed. Thank you for turning my visions into reality.”

“The website is really easy to use and attractive with a wide range of nice fabrics. They sent a really decent sized sample of the fabric I liked and the actual order was with me within a few days. Overall very happy with this first purchase from them and will look again in future.”

“O tecido corresponde exactamente ao que é anunciado no site. O site está bem organizado. A entrega não correu muito bem pois a transportadora não entregou no endereço de destino alegadamente porque o destinatário não existia o que não está correcto. Foi dado um novo endereço de entrega e a encomenda foi entrega no dia seguinte mas o pacote tinha sido dobrado durante o transporte e o tecido vinha enrugado. A transportadora terá de ter mais cuidado .”

“Horrendous customer service . I have been trying to make some sort of contact with this company for 3 days now . They have accepted an order and payment for goods they are unable to fulfil . They do not answer emails , they do not answer calls nor do they phone back . I would avoid I am afraid . I am at my wits end and hope this might make them notice me ?”
