Ordered wallpaper which was sent to wrong address and as a consequence had to rearrange decorator, which means we will be staring at bare unfinished walls for 2 weeks. Have been offered credit note as compensation but that would involve ordering from the same company again, who i would not trust to complete the order.

I cannot fault the fabric, but I'm absolutely appalled at how off set the roman blind is. I then ends of the roman blind ate not symmetrical at all, and now it's been hung it's even more obvious how badly the roman blind has been made. I would like either a full refund, or for the blind to be re-made. I have attached a picture so you can how off-set the pattern is. I look forward to hearing from you, Amanda

I ordered 2 fabric samples over a week ago and there's no sign of them yet. I've emailed to check they've been posted but no response yet. Disappointing as I was really hoping to get curtains made up by the company but they're not giving me confidence that I'd receive them.

I’m disappointed about your return policy. I find it unbelievable that you can not return a roll of wallpaper if you have over calculated! I find this disgusting and I won’t be using your service again

I chose to order from you rather than another company because I needed the fabric urgently and your web site said (in bold type) that the fabric I wanted was available for UK NEXT DAY delivery if ordered by 1pm. I ordered at 9.24am on Wednesday 4.10.17 and received an email that said "Delivery times vary" so I rang and your staff member confirmed that the fabric was in stock and would be dispatched. i received a further email at 17.25 on Thursday 5.10.17 saying "Good news! Your order has been dispatched." This was NOT good news to me as my order should have been DELIVERED by this time. Delivery finally took place on the afternoon of Friday 6.10.17 causing great stress and inconvenience.

Be careful when ordering as they will refuse to accept return of any unused rolls even though they refuse to calculate the amount of rolls needed

I order an extra roll of wallpaper to make sure they were all same batch number and when I tried to return one it was refused despite paying nearly £50 per roll!!! Absolutely disgusted and will never use this company again!

I presumed that i was able to return un-opend goods, but this was not the case. So now stuck with extra rolls of wallpaper!

As you know, my Clarke and Clarke beach hut fabric failed to arrive on the "next day delivery" promise. As a result I had to order with another company "express delivery" so that it came in time. This cost me £30. When I pointed out that it was the mistake made by you that caused me to have to shell out that extra money for delivery on a Saturday, and that it would perhaps be courteous for you to offer to pay for that for me, you said that you had "spoken to your manager and they couldn't do that." So customer service needs some work I think... that's if you want to keep customers?! For the sake of £30, you'd think a company would want to make the effort to make up for messing up... No?!!

I have made many, many purchases from you over the years. This time I got the measurements wrong. When I called to explain (my fault entirely!) I asked if you might help me a little with reducing price on replacement order, I was offered a £3 reduction (from a £110 blind!). It could not be more clear that you do not value my custom

Wrong cost quoted Took longer than quoted Material was marked so had to start again Problems with delivery Problems at every stage Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone

The fabric used to make my blind was very badly flawed 5 Flaws The lining was so thin and cheap you could see through it Where there was stitching you could see needle holes through it When blind was folded up lines not straight Over all poor quality and standard They are replacing this blind I will be really looking for a great quality to accept it

I waited two months for my blind and when it arrived it was atrocious. So bad that I was actually embarrassed to keep it up for more than a day and have gone back to using the sheet I had up there before whilst I find someone else to make my blind. The whole blind sagged in the middle, the fabric was pulled in each place it had been sewed and actually had holes in it. So disappointed after waiting so long and being so excited to receive my blind.

I ordered 5 x 55cm cushions, they arrived and were an odd shape, each corner formed a peak and it was obvious that not enough material had been used in the construction of the cushions and was being pulled out of shape, by the feather fillied cushions which were crammed into the space, on further inspection the feather cushion infills were actually 53cm so not the size I'd paid for. I will never use this company again, I recently used another online company for Roman blind and cushions and their service and the quality of the blinds and cushions were exemplary , but unfortunately they didn't stock the material I wanted for these cushions.

Well delivering to local Fabric shop instead of to myself and having to go and pick up, all very embarrassing and cannot be blamed on courier as my details were not showing anywhere on parcel, found underneath another label when unpacking.

Paper nice but ordered to many rolls and will not return the one un opened roll don't think this is very far as it's no good to me and can be resold your end would not buy from you again
