Received my wallpaper on the 19th November, ordered early to make sure I had plenty of time before the decorator stated on the 7th December, we decided not to wallpaper the full room instead just doing feature walls, therefore wallpaper left over without bring unwrapped. Telephoned today, 14th December, to be informed only full orders were returnable, so to future customers beware, no returns for wall paper unless the full order, I was going to order curtains and cushions from Jane Clayton, will now be looking for another supplier.

Unfortunately, I am missing three rolls of wallpaper from my delivery. I understand the current constraints in responding to customer queries due to COVID but not acknowledging phone calls or emails is unacceptable. I am at a loss at what to do next.......

BE WARNED. I ordered a few different wallpapers and wanted to send a roll back. You cannot send back incomplete orders and as part of the order was farrow and ball made to order they have refused the return completely. Very unreasonable returns policy.

We have not received the purchase yet so l cannot review. I hope it will arrive today or tomorrow as the decorator is due. Please can you let me know when it will arrive. Thank you Rosie Preston

I received the wrong wallpaper. I have tried to contact Jane Clayton but have not been able to get through to anyone as the phone lines are closed. We have an incomplete nursery for our son, and the carpet & furniture all match the wallpaper we were supposed to receive.

Ordered my wallpaper almost two weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Workmen have had to be cancelled and I have been left out of pocket. The delivery company is unable to provide a delivery date and I believe the shipment is lost. I have contacted the team at Jane Clayton for a refund and they have not replied to my emails in three days. Frustrating customer service experience. Won’t be ordering from this website again.

Horrendous customer service . I have been trying to make some sort of contact with this company for 3 days now . They have accepted an order and payment for goods they are unable to fulfil . They do not answer emails , they do not answer calls nor do they phone back . I would avoid I am afraid . I am at my wits end and hope this might make them notice me ?

Scam company. Ordered samples that never came. Contacted customer services three times and still haven't had a response. I would advise using another company as 99% of their stock can be sourced from other suppliers who are cheaper and actually bother to supply what you've ordered.

Cannot recommend this company as had a very bad experience with them recently. Spent nearly £450 on wallpapers which were upwards of £70 a roll - upon completing our decorating, we found out that we had ordered one roll too many. Upon enquiring about returning the unused roll in order to obtain a refund or credit, they refused and referred us to their t&c’s. Started claiming it’s a bespoke product, which is a load of garbage!!! Terrible customer service and complete lack of understanding or sympathy.

Ordered two wallpaper samples and waited four weeks to be told one wasn’t available. Told other one has been despatched but that was a week ago and has not arrived. What a waste of time.

Ordered 1 roll of wallpaper. Received 2 in addition to being the incorrect wallpaper. Had to postpone decorator and still not reply to my email asking for this to be rectified 🙄

Very disappointed. Need to return wallpaper. Won’t accept returns even in the current climate. Won’t be using again !!

We were extremely disappointed in the wallpaper delivered to us. There was no comparison to the photographs on the website, the background on the website appeared to be white the wallpaper in reality the background is a dark silver. Yes we would have been better ordering a sample but this looked just right. Annoyed at having to pay return delivery charges.

Ordered through the website but disappointed with delivery well over the advised lead times on two occasions. One of these was a very large order and one very small. It appeared to make no difference and no contact was made to explain the reason for the delay until I contacted Jane Clayton directly. I shall be using alternative suppliers in the future.

I have purchased one additional roll of wallpaper and your terms and conditions say I can't get a refund. I will definitely not be recommending this company and I know a lot of people that are currently decorating renovating homes. Poor customer service.

Received my wallpaper. Had measured and it advised 3 rolls. Checked the returns policy and as far as I could see returns within 14 days. Only used 2 rolls and they will not accept my unopened roll. Please check before you order or you too could he out of pocket.
