“Very dissappointing service for a nearly £2000 orfer.The main challenge was the delivery. The courier used by J@c. Courier mandated signature no other option. Given delivery window. No show. From real time map driver was just 5 mins away " in the neighbourhood" Given window later in day. No show . Msg informed of slight delay but parcel will arrive later in the day. At 7pm informed delivery next day. Next morning given 11-1pm window. Delivery turned up 8am! Refurbishing a house, would be very very reluctant to use j@c again”

“Hello I am happy the only think is my purchase is still with custom control service and I did not gat my delivery on time . From UPS non agent they ask me to provide a lot information about my order also EORI number which I don’t have it is a bit of confusion!”
