I have purchased one additional roll of wallpaper and your terms and conditions say I can't get a refund. I will definitely not be recommending this company and I know a lot of people that are currently decorating renovating homes. Poor customer service.

Received my wallpaper. Had measured and it advised 3 rolls. Checked the returns policy and as far as I could see returns within 14 days. Only used 2 rolls and they will not accept my unopened roll. Please check before you order or you too could he out of pocket.

Not good. They DO NOT accept refunds!!!!! Totally ridiculous! Will not be purchasing from this company again!

Beautifully made curtains but both are identical. Either two right side or two left side. I paid a lot of money for these and I am so disappointed that you could not make matching curtains.

The "no returns" on wallpaper orders is a scam Not knowing the way a Cole wallpaper would repeat I asked for advice and gave precise measurements The advice was out by about 35% - so one whole roll was unused But cannot be returned - something I unfortunately didn't check before placing the order At £115 per roll this is really irritating and I await my clients response when I tell her that there's £115 waiting to go in the bin Hopefully she will warn her friends What a rip off!!! By the way the paper hanger was not impressed by the paper itself

Waited 11 days for four very small fabric samples (To a UK address, not overseas). I had to phone to find out what the delay was; no attempt was made to advise me proactively that the delay in delivery would be so long. When the samples finally arrived they were tiny-one in particular did not include any of the design motif detail of the fabric. Useless for interior design purposes. For the price paid one would expect better. Avoid.

We are very sorry to hear that there was a delay to your sample order being delivered, when we ordinarily state a 3-5 working day lead time, and also that the samples you received were smaller than anticipated. We rely on our suppliers to cut samples, but if they are not what our customers were hoping for we are always happy to send large samples where possible, or offer a returnable sample service on fabrics. We hope that we will hear from you again.

Swift delivery, but terrible customer service. Only buy if you are 100% sure - my soft furnishings were delayed and arrived a slightly different colour to expected. Because of this I tried to return the wallpaper but 14 days had just lapsed and Jane Clayton would do nothing to allow exchange or return. I am now stuck with hundreds of pounds worth of untouched, recently bought wallpaper that they could easily have re-sold.

Item was delivered around 7 days later than promised. We also ordered 11m of material and 5 days after placing the order were told that they only had a 7m stretch and a 4m stretch. They also used a courier who tried to deliver while we weren't in and then instead of trying to redeliver they dropped the package at a pickup centre which was very inconvenient.

Disappointed with material, only material not made goods, told , no refund as made goods don’t buy from this company bad service I offered to pay for return as well . USE SIMPLY CURTAINS

Not happy with returns policy. I couldn’t return unused roll of wallpaper. The decorater asked for 2 and now I am stuck with one. What a waste of money !! It’s not pleasant for the customers.

Next day delivery did not arrive. Courier didn’t take time to knock or ring the bell just but an illegible note through the door. I apparently have to collect from this illegible address and will have to return this at my own expense! Not really the customer experience I had expected!

I am very unhappy with the JC service . I have had faulty material which i spent a day trying to sort out with customer services . I appreciate they are the middle part of an order BUT my contract is with them . They arranged a time to collect faulty fabric and the courier was a no show. So myself and my lovely upholstery lady have had to spend more time trying to sort that out. I will never use JC again .

Whilst the collection was with the courier, we did our best to help rectify the situation and the collection took place 2 hours later than expected. Apologies that on this occasion you felt let down by our customer service and we do hope to hear from you again.

Really disappointing that I could not return an unused roll of wallpaper only days after purchasing. Considering the cost of the paper this is a big overspend. Will not use this company again.

Clarke and Clarke Tobago - The wallpaper cost £38 per roll and considering the price it was awful to hang. The joins open, the paper creases easily and the background colour rubs off - very poor quality. The paper is being put in a downstairs toilet and due to all the above issues there has been an unacceptable amount of waste - we are about to order the 6th roll in order to complete the job this is absolutely ridiculous. Nice pattern shame about the quality. Decorating other rooms with less expensive paper and had no issues.

My order was not placed with your supplier even though I had placed and paid for the order 16 days previous to this, this problem was only noticed once I had called and spoken to someone. Then had to wait another 10 days for my order so altogether an order that was suppose to take 11-16 days took 36 days. Will not use this company again.

Poor returns policy. Clearly disclosed before purchase but seems churlish. Ordered 5 rolls and had 2 on hold (so the company clearly have 2 rolls in that batch) but still couldn't return 1 roll within 14 days. When I asked why this was policy was told that this was policy and given no reason. There's a reason I shop at John Lewis.
