“Extremely helpful on the telephone when I ordered a small amount of fabric. It arrived promptly and well packaged. I would now like to order more fabric - Now the trouble starts, I have left two telephone messages and have yet to hear back. Upon telephoning, the line rings and the voice message says the next available person will be there shortly but that doesn’t happen..such a shame, as they seem to be so efficient.”

“Très satisfait de ma commande, et du service après vente. Tissus de très belle qualité à un prix imbattable. Un des tissus que j’avais commandé était en rupture de stock, ils m’ont annoncé un délai d’attente de dix jours en me donnant le choix d’attendre ou d’être remboursé. J’ai reçu mon tissu exactement 10 jours après. La communication a été excellente. Je recommande vivement.”

“This company offers good value for money compared to other companies selling exactly the same product. They also check stock immediately and let you know if there is any delay and advise you accurately. They keep in touch and you are dealing with well informed, helpful staff. My wallpaper turned up earlier than expected and I saved a lot of money using Jane Clayton. I highly recommend them.”
