“We had cushion covers made and they are lovely. The fabric is a fave of mine so I was already halfway there. Was kept up to date on progress and happy with service in general. Thank you”

“I'm a happy customer. They have sent me lots of samples for which I'm grateful in these Covid times. This is my first real order of 2 designs of fabric from 2 different makers. The items arrived quickly and were well packed. I will return. Thank you.”

“I received the wrong wallpaper. I have tried to contact Jane Clayton but have not been able to get through to anyone as the phone lines are closed. We have an incomplete nursery for our son, and the carpet & furniture all match the wallpaper we were supposed to receive.”

“Received our wallpaper extremely quickly, however we have a complete unopened, unused roll which we do not need and are not allowed a refund. Is that good customer practice????”

“Great supplier of quality wallpapers. One of the chosen papers was out of stock, I was kept fully informed, given a realistic delivery date offered the option of a refund. I chose to wait and lo and behold, the paper turned up two weeks before the estimated date - what a lovely surprise! All beautifully packaged to ensure no damage. The paper is now hung and the. Liens is delighted, many thanks”

“Ordered from Finland. Delivery was faster than expected (about one week) and the wallpapers were packed carefully - they arrived in perfect condition! Emails concerning the status of the order came promptly from both Jane Clayton and UPS, everything ran smoothly. Top of that, the wallpapers were about £100 cheaper through Jane Clayton (compared to any Finnish retailers selling William Morris, even when including the shipping costs which were not too bad either) Would warmly recommend! I'm a very happy customer and will be using this company in the future for sure.”
