“Thank you for excellent service. We ordered three different materials for chair coverings. Each of them was back-ordered and not immediately available. We really appreciate that you found out approximate delivery dates for us, discussed our options by email and phone and checked back regularly. In the meantime, we are pleased to report that all three have arrived safely at our home.”

“Really beautiful fabric - Birds & Roses by Cath Kidson. Made lovely door curtain, a pair of window curtains and 5 cushions. They look fab! Fabric arrived in good time and well packaged on a roll.”

“The delivery of the wallpaper was fine however, when I ordered it I was told by the calculator on the website to order three rolls which I did. I was unaware that I could not return any unopened rolls. As it turned out two rolls was plenty. So essentially I was told to buy more than I needed and unable to return the extra roll. The customer service staff are very polite but not helpful in resolving the issue. Check the returns policy before you buy and calculate yourself!”

“Great product, well packaged and really good quality, would have given 5 stars but it took longer than stated to arrive although when I emailed to ask where it was they were very prompt in telling me it was a delay due to Europe and Brexit so overall very happy with service and great price”
