“Very nice quality stair rail. Looks good as well. However it is advertised at being 3.6 metre and it is four x 1 metre posts plus the pieces where they meet so I had to cut the last one in half!! There is also no pre drilled holes or even markers to tell you where the holes should be to fix the brackets on to the wooden plinths that go on to the wall. But overall having said that we are very pleased with the end result.”

“Great website and very prompt delivery. Product seems good quality as well. Only improvement would be better online delivery status and more accurate delivery estimate as online it said order was completed in the morning, many hours before delivery was made at the end of the day.”

Placing my order on the telephone was easy and the persons I dealt with were both helpful and knowledgeable. Despite living in the Highlands of Scotland, delivery was efficient and prompt. “Firstly the Website is great and easy to find your way through. When I called Jackson Woodturners to find out further details regarding products, Ian jackson was extremely helpful and polite. It was very simple to place an order. At first I didnt have a clue what I needed for my stairs for example how many spindles to order and how many lengths of hand rail. Therefore I took pictures along with measurements and sent it accross via email to Ian and he came back to me straight away with the quote which I was very happy with. When the products were delivered, quality was great along with the design. I highly reccomend Jackson Woodturners. Gurpal Sangha”

“Good service and delivered on my preferred day which was great. Packaging around he wooden spindles could have been better as when I opened the box (which had no external damage to the packaging) a couple of the spindles had quite large dents on them as they were just put into a box with no bubble wrap round them like other products which were delivered”
