“This is an excellent product. Really easy to install. Just a few measurements and a bit of cutting. All the pieces slot together and are secured with the supplied fixings. Looks amazing. Even better than I hoped for. Delivery was quick. No issues to report. You will not be disappointed!”

“We purchased the Elements stair and landing kit plus fixing kit, we are not carpenters or experienced DIYers but we downloaded and strictly followed the instructions and are amazed with the result. Read the instructions completely first, measure two, three, four times and cut once is our advice and you cannot go wrong. The quality of the product (oak hand and base rails, wrought iron spindles) excellent.”

“We are very happy with the product brought - light oak hand rail with nickel end caps. The rail was very easy to erect and looks fantastic. The delivery service was also first class. All in all, buy with confidence!”

“I ordered some Pigs ear hand rail along with Oak plugs and inadvertently ordered Hemlock handrail which was picked out by Jackson's. They called me and questioned my order, I wanted Oak handrail!! Really pleased with the service, efficiency and delivery.”
