“Unsurprising perhaps but I've never ordered a staircase online - but I took the plunge with Barley Twist spindles and Newel Post in pine ( all to be painted) and an Oak Handrail. It arrived two days later and the quality is superb. Our builder/joiner's comment on seeing the post was " it looks like a £1000 job" - it was just £42.99.”

“The item arrived in good time and well packaged. The handrail itself had one end partially cut, so when agitating the end gap it would not of been flush. Poor quality control I assume is to blame. I emailed the company about this, and the lack of wall plugs, which was not advertised, and to date the company has not responded to my email. Few days and counting.”
