I have used Jackson woodturners on quite a number of occasions and always found them to be good, reliable and the best product. This time however I was disappointed with the condition of the oak handrail I received. Whilst I appreciate the need to maximise profits this particular 3.6m length had no less than five different jointed sections of oak in its entirety.
It doesn't look that good especially when you try and explain that to a customer. So please Jacksons try to make handrails in one continuous length or at least sections that look the same.
