“Shame that wrong items were sent. Everything should have been brushed nickel. All fittings were OK but both rails were stainless although paperwork said nickel. Can't a van be sent out and swap them for the correct nickel finish.”

“Your website was easy and when I phoned for advice the lady was most helpful. Received the parcel this morning. It was due to be delivered at 16.00. So it was a good job I was in at 14.00 when it was delivered ! Packet very well so no damage. A lovely piece of wood. Thsnk you.”

“Order process went smoothly and parts were delivered extremely promptly. Although you get a tracking reference number, Tuffnells appear to have no online tracking facility. Ringing Tuffnells with the number easily produced an accurate delivery update. It would be useful to know upfront that you cannot track online as it would have saved a lot of time searching for the unavailable facility.”
