“I purchased a oak hand rail and base rail and black forge brackets. Products were of high quality delivered quickly and customer service was efficient when i reakised I had forgot to order the right quantity.”

“Very good overall...only small issue was, the decorative steel spindles are slightly too big to fit in the 13mm mounts....the powder coating makes them oversize, however this is rectified by filing down the powder coat...not a massive issue but a bit of a faff. The plain square steel spindles however fit straight in.”

“Very happy with the oak handrails and accessories plus the verbal help on phone from the company at the time of choosing product . Not so happy with their choice of courier. In 2026 it is not acceptable to use a courier which gives a delivery slot of 8-6 and no tracking, especially at this steep delivery cost.”
