“Products arrived quickly and are of excellent quality, as described. However one packed item was sent incorrectly and needed to be replaced, causing me to need to cancel and rearrange the fitting of my stair handrail. Kim-Marie provided excellent customer service to fix this issue, but the part for exchange has still not been collected and I’ll need to take another day off work to accommodate the new installation date.”

“The stair rail moulding I ordered arrived in perfect condition and was extremely well wrapped. I was impressed by the quality of the hardwood. The delivery company let them down slightly, failing to bring it on the day it should have come, but it arrived before 8.30 the following day.”

“Very easy to order online but delivery was a problem and was delivered 4 days late. When I ordered, I gave 10 days notice for delivery, so give plenty time if you are not in the midlands. The staff dealt with my concerns as quickly as possible as the problem with my delivery was actually the couriers and not Jacksons. I would definitely use them again and recommend.”

“Bought an oak handrail kit as the wife has had a hip replacement . Very pleased with the rail and quality brackets . Came with good quality screws for fitting the rail .(note you will need to buy your own screws to fit to wall) I purchased some backing timber to get a good fixing to a partition wall.”

“Item delivered quickly and of reasonable quality. Nicely finished but was bent past 90deg not massively but annoying. I darent try to straighten it for fear of breaking it. When fitted looked nice. Other negative was the delivery charges. £24 delivery for a £10 item which ways very little. However couldn't source one local and needed it.”
