“Can't argue about the price, althogh it did take a bit of adjustment (tennon to long) to fit.”

“Very good overall...only small issue was, the decorative steel spindles are slightly too big to fit in the 13mm mounts....the powder coating makes them oversize, however this is rectified by filing down the powder coat...not a massive issue but a bit of a faff. The plain square steel spindles however fit straight in.”

“Excellent service and product, only marked down due to unnecessary over-packaging. Items purchased, 2 x flat brass stair rail endcaps, indestructible, would have easily fitted into a small padded envelope and gone through letterbox, instead they arrived in a padded out box approx 20x20x8cm and had to be left on doorstep.”

“Ordering online was easy and the delivery was quick. The stair parts are really lovely and great quality. I hadn't realised that I'd accidently ordered the wrong size handrails so had to order the right size. This came the naext day which was a godsend as the carpenter was waiting for them. Only downside is that the return was going to cost me £70, so now I'm trying to sell the incorrect parts. What would have been great customer service was when my order was received that someone didn't ask if I'd made a mistake as all the parts were 41mm, apart from the handrail, but appreciate they probably get a lot of orders.”

“I had 5 x 82mm primed newel posts, 2 half posts and oak newel caps. Everything was package really well. The posts were well primed and perfectly straight. One had a couple of areas that required a little filler but overall a good product. The oak newel caps are great. Would definitely buy/use again.”

“Purchased 4 End Caps for a HDR banister, the quality of the end cap is great, however the end cap did not fit, thus due to a slight variation on the bottom edges of the banister where some hdr banisters angle out at the bottom and some have a machined straight edge at the bottom, the end cap has a straight edge and my banister had an angled edge, I had to remove those edges in order to make the end cap fit. This is not an indication that the caps are not correct, it’s more that there are multiple types of hdr shapes, would be good if Jackson woodturners could add a sample pic noting which variation of the hdr rail the cap will fit. Otherwise these are thick cut nicely painted end caps, would def buy from them again.”

“Lovely products and great delivery service. But I ordered 4 metal bannister rail ends in brushed nickel but it looks like I got chrome. They are quite different to the existing ends I have on the lower part of the staircase. But I installed them late at night in no natural light and now in daylight that are clearly different :-(”

“Wood is lovely, our hand rail is bowed we‘re hoping it will straighten out, Delivery was very confusing when working you need a pacific date. Product itself was easy to pick choose and order.”
