“Ordered some Oak ‘Pigs Ear’ hand rails which was an easy process. They were well priced, arrived very quickly and were wrapped against an Armageddon. They are well made but if I had one minor criticism it would be that the glue joint is visible right on the top of the hand rail. Not a major issue as it’s a good tight joint and not obvious to the untrained eye. ,”

“Excellent quality, packaging and service. Easy to use website. Recommended. The only negative was that spindles listed as 900mm were actually all 895mm, which would have been useful to know before I had cut other pieces to fit.”

“Quality oak handrail and accessories somewhat let down by the delivery....just dumped on the driveway. Fortunately it was noticed before being driven over. If not for this I would've given 5 stars.”

“Good price & delivered when they said. Few damages on delivery but putting that down to courier as it was well packaged. Decent quality products but slight bows on longer lengths. Few factory gouges in handrails & newels & some primer runs which added a few hours extra of prep work prior to painting but all round, good experience”
