“Purchased 4 End Caps for a HDR banister, the quality of the end cap is great, however the end cap did not fit, thus due to a slight variation on the bottom edges of the banister where some hdr banisters angle out at the bottom and some have a machined straight edge at the bottom, the end cap has a straight edge and my banister had an angled edge, I had to remove those edges in order to make the end cap fit. This is not an indication that the caps are not correct, it’s more that there are multiple types of hdr shapes, would be good if Jackson woodturners could add a sample pic noting which variation of the hdr rail the cap will fit. Otherwise these are thick cut nicely painted end caps, would def buy from them again.”

“I purchased an oak handrail. I found damage on it and reported it straight away away . I was going just to live with it . Then the oak started to come away and split. I sent photos and emails over Christmas and was told they would not replace or any thing . I will be taking legal action against them . I asked for a replacement and they said no no no . So be warned DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SHOCKING REALY”

“Can’t praise Jackson’s enough. From ordering on the 16th December to delivery on the 18th. I’ve fitted a few staircases in my time and Jackson’s stair parts are top quality at a good price. Well packaged and great service. I can’t thank Kim-Marie enough for the very helpful advice and communication on ordering and getting my order to me before their Christmas break. I will definitely use Jackson’s again. Hope you all have a Happy New Year. Thanks again Paul T”

“Nice handrail had some damage . One end really bad . And a dent / mark . Unfortunately I had it for a week before my carpenter could fit it . So not the best delivery company.”

“Great service. Missed a couple of items off the order and assisted in adding these to the order. Good knowledge on their products and delivery was great. Well packaged and undamaged on arrival. Would advise those ordering to understand these are laminated together into one piece so grain is not true.”
