“Excellent products and service, but to pay £18 delivery change for a £49 products it is a rip-off. I've even tried to ask them only to pack, so my courier will collect NOT POSSIBLE was told. Will I shop again may be yes if the delivery issue is sorted... IGY”

“Wanted an oak square acorn cap for garden post ( 90mm ), but delivery charge appeared to be ~£ 15 min. ,which was more than the oak cap ( £11.99 ). Phoned supplier and helpful gent said delivery would be much less - £4.50. Placed order and am delighted with quality and value of oak cap - looks superb, in my opinion ! However, suggest you make delivery charges clearer in literature on-line, as some potential customers could be put off when purchasing small items. Dr. Ken Salmon”

“Luke was amazing - thank you for being so knowledgeable about the Fusion product and being able to advise exactly what was needed based on the photographs I sent you. You instilled me with complete trust based on your knowledge shared over the phone - I was not disappointed when the order arrived and my carpenter subsequently did the fitting. I will always recommend you to interested parties. Keep up the good work.”
