Wrong item sent I ordered white and got cream but I obviously had to open it to look at it and it says on your return policy you won’t accept returns if opened and also I have to pay for postage. My items were £10 I would actually lose money to return. Ridiculous. Wouldn’t order from you again.

Product was perfect match. What was wrong you used the most useless delivery company I have ever seen. Ordered spindles 16 October, arrived 28 October. Product cost £5 delivery was £25. To put it mildly total s*** service. This kind of thing cost your company in the future.

After ordering and receiving a newel cap which I have to say was great. I ordered a further one and in 3 months have had no reply. I wrote 2 emails and requested to be informed when they are available, still no reply.

The bannister I ordered was oak, when it arrived I only opened the end to make sure it was the right style and colour before the carpenter came to fit to avoid it getting damaged. When I got home to the work completed, straight away there is join lines in the bannister with obvious lines and colour differences. I contacted Jackson and wasn’t listened to and my last email I didn’t even get a reply. Ruined my experience and what was meant to be a great room renovation turned into something that looks dreadful

Good morning Victoria, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our products. We do always endeavour to replace or refund our customers whenever they are unhappy with a product or a product is damaged before any installation. Unfortunately, once the product is fitted, as yours was, by your joiner, the product has been accepted as seen. So I am sorry that we were unable to refund you on this occasion.

Good Morning Christopher, I remember that you did pay for AM delivery and we did refund this payment to you once we realised that DX had not delivered to you on time. We do despatch to our couriers on the day we promise to customers and unfortunately, on occasion, the couriers are unable, for various reasons, to deliver on the date requested. So we are sorry that you did not get your delivery on the date requested on this occasion.

Ordered 3 newel posts in total across two orders and everyone had a different corner profile, they were unable/unwilling to supply matching posts so had to return for refund and source matching posts from another company. Terrible company to deal with with the exception of Molly who tried to help.

After placing an order with Jackson’s Woodturners, which I had done previously, I received a product that was not to mine or the customers satisfaction. I had to rectify the product myself and have since twice emailed Jackson’s Woodturners about the issue. To date, some two weeks on, I have still not received a reply. Customer service extremely poor.

Good afternoon Jason, please may I begin by apologising for the fact that neither you nor your customer were happy with our product. I am unsure which product unfortunately as I can see that both orders were placed online in March and I am unable to trace the emails that you sent relating to the problem. Service is paramount to our business and it is dissapointing that I have been unable to attempt to resolve your issue. I would hope that you do not experience any dissatisfaction again in the future, but please telephone us should you have any problems at all. All of our calls are recorded to ensure that we extend the best service to all customers.

My ordered goods never arrived after a week and on chasing it up I was told the delivery company had received them but not delegated a driver yet. After a further week still nothing and then told delivery company had sent items back and a refund was issued minus the delivery cost!!! I'm still chasing my full refund so not happy with this service at all.

Order was dispatched from us to the couriers. Having spoken with the couriers a technical glitch happened from us dispatching your order to them receiving it. The order was returned to us as an “unable to deliver order”. A full refund including your delivery charge has been given. We apologies for any inconvenience.

Very poor review because you sent my goods they were damaged courier took straight back said he’d sort a replacement. No replacement a refund was issued. Had to reorder goods . Goods came was damaged again . Spoke to customer services told them couldn’t wait for another replacement had a decorator booked to paint goods and my staircase . The customer services wouldn’t issue compensation so I’ve had to put up with damaged goods which to me is unacceptable Steven kaye

Thank you for taking the time to review Jackson Woodturners. We see that the original order was refused on delivery, so your order was sent back to us and processed as a return and refunded on the 29th November. Any items that are damaged or refused need to be reported to us direct within 48 hours. We did not have any contact from yourself regarding this matter until the 6th December when your second order arrived, this rail was also not suitable due to quality, we collected the rail and refunded this in full including all delivery fees.

Really dissatisfied with attitude of Holly ! Rang to say the delivery date was wrong. She pretended that the phone line was bad . Which it was not . Had made several call that morning, with out a problem . Will not use again . Been a carpenter for 34 years ! Will use pear stair next time !

We can see that you contacted us by email to amend your delivery to an earlier date. Due to human error on our side unfortunately your delivery date wasn’t amended. After contacting us by phone your order was dispatched for a next day delivery. We apologise for the delivery date not being amended and have done some re-training with our customer service advisors.

Obviously no "quality control" over products. Ordered handrail to newel post fixing post kit. Bolt fitting into bracket no where near square. This would have entailed off centre hole boring or cut out for bracket. In the end didnt use as delivery was too long. Delivered by APC overnight 10 days after ordered. Charge for delivery excessive at £6. returned item for cost of jiffy bag and postage for less than £2.

Good product but!! Spindle base support rail was incorrectly rebated which meant the infill section stood proud of the base rail, as this piece as well as the handrail was skrink wrapped I didn't check for this and proceeded with the fit when I realised I contacted Deborah at jacksons who asked for images which I supplied, Dedorah's response was that the wood had swelled and hence not their problem. If my complaint had been handled correctly ( I was willing to remove the excess wood myself as i eventually had to ) all that was needed was a little empathy and not the rudeness I recieved with no call back to check if I had managed the problem ok. My advice to Jacksons is to review your customer journey policy then maybe understand that reviews like mine and many others here show that you are doing things very badly and question whether you should be trading with the general public who expect much more in terms of service. Very rude staffs and no manners whatsoever! Delivery was scheduled today, kept calling the company to ensure it arrives today and I was promised it would only to be told now that it will not be delivered due to human error. Staffs were so rude and did not care at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIDICULOUS COMPANY

I should have read the below reviews before ordering! Extremely rude staffs. Delivery is supposed to arrive today but I have just called and they said it will not be delivered to the human error with no compassion whatsoever from the staffs. Very very unfriendly and rude

Have regularly used Jackson’s, however, we will never use this company again. We have never been spoken to in such a rude and disrespectful way by a staff member. Deborah was rude and who in her opinion knows far better than the tradesmen going in there. Don’t give this company your custom unless you want to be spoken to like dirt.
