The sales team were fantastic, providing superb advise on the choice of parts and after lots of calls back and forth with fitter they still managed to get it out to me in two days. The only reason the rating was Good instead of very good was the damaged delivery. It looked like the courier had actually driven over one of the packages but fortunately there was only a small bit of damage to one of the newel posts. I think is was luck the products were packaged so well, it looks like a hurricane had ripped through the back of the courier's vehicle.
