“I have only given good for the facts, as follows, I have no bad comments on Jackson Woodturners because they have been very helpful and friendly. My complaint is with the standard of The Burbidge Stairs parts, The Newel Base is a different colour than the other 2 pieces and is badly gouge near the top on one side, I will have to try and stain this item, but it cannot be filled in because that will make it look worse. So that is the cause of my comments. Regards Mrs O Ramshaw”

“My review would have been 5 star but for the fact that Jackson's have been very badly let down by their carriers TNT who firstly lost the parcels and then when they found them failed to deliver on the morning of the next working day as they had promised. Jackson Woodturners have given superb service, their website is good and easy to use, ordering on line was simple and efficient. when I rang to chase my goods they were very courteous and efficient. They dealt with the transport companies mess up, ringing back when they said they would to keep us fully informed. The goods themselves are excellent quality. Highly recommended.”

“The products were fine. The Delivery company not so good. The driver went to the wrong property who, unusually, were at home & they re-directed the driver. The mistake was made by the Delivery company who used the wrong address. The parcel had the wrong address on the Delivery company's label & the correct address on the other side using Jackson's invoice.”
