“Great quality wood how ever I would of said very good but I did have abit of damage to one item and reported it and they got back to me very quickly but I needed to finish the job and wouldn't have time to send back and get a replacement but when I explained this I didn't hear from Jackson again ? Would of been a good will to maybe reduced price of damaged oak hand rail !!! But as I said other stuff was great quality Regards Nigel”

“Good quality product but arrived with an inch dent, damage. Decided to just put up and repair ourselves. Good communication re delivery and top end of price but happy with goods to suit our requirements”

“Excellent service, goods delivered on time and excellent quality. Although well wrapped they did arrive with packaging looking slightly battered and one spindle dented. Had over ordered so wasn't a problem but may benefit from a small amount of padding around the outside.”

“Products are excellent. Would have been 5 stars but the delivery company let you down, as they left over £700 worth of materials out the front of my house & marked it down as signed for, nobody was in for the delivery but we did put in the comments that if the delivery would ring our number given 1 hour roughly before delivery then someone would be there to take it in.”

“Competitive pricing and quick delivery. There was a problem with my original order, a discrepancy in the colour match of the banisters. This was quickly sorted out with replacements sent and delivered within 24 hours, well done!”

“Initial order process and communication was good. However, on the day of delivery there was a fault with the tracking system and only one part of my order arrived. Somehow the courier company had "lost" a 2.4 metre long handrail! From this point onwards Jo, from customer services, was very helpful and apologetic. A replacement was arranged but the first I knew of that was a tracking email notification from the courier meaning that I had to set another a significant part of the day to ensure that I was at home to receive the delivery. The day after the delivery Jo called me to check that the correct item had arrived and that they had decided to refund my delivery costs to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the courier. A gesture much appreciated. It's a shame that the courier caused the issues with this order but the product was competitively priced and of good quality.”

“Delivery of items was spot on time & great price 👍 only minor gripe would be the join on 3.6m length 3/4 up the handrail has a join which goes from a slight knot to nothing so its visible, being a master crafts man carpenter and joiner I notice it all the time other than that lovely piece of oak.”
