“It’s a shame that they don’t make it clear that their newel posts are bought in from different suppliers and don’t necessarily match each other. Given their name, it is reasonable to assume that they make these themselves, but alas, no.”

“Thanks for the mopstick bannister the hard wood Finnish was lovely. The chrome furniture that we also ordered were disappointing as the screws provided were of poor quality.”

“Products arrived quickly and are of excellent quality, as described. However one packed item was sent incorrectly and needed to be replaced, causing me to need to cancel and rearrange the fitting of my stair handrail. Kim-Marie provided excellent customer service to fix this issue, but the part for exchange has still not been collected and I’ll need to take another day off work to accommodate the new installation date.”

“The stair rail moulding I ordered arrived in perfect condition and was extremely well wrapped. I was impressed by the quality of the hardwood. The delivery company let them down slightly, failing to bring it on the day it should have come, but it arrived before 8.30 the following day.”

“Very easy to order online but delivery was a problem and was delivered 4 days late. When I ordered, I gave 10 days notice for delivery, so give plenty time if you are not in the midlands. The staff dealt with my concerns as quickly as possible as the problem with my delivery was actually the couriers and not Jacksons. I would definitely use them again and recommend.”

“Easy to deal with, decent quality products. Perhaps if I looked around more I could find cheaper, but I fitted the items myself and they are high quality. No complaints.”

“It would have scored a 5 apart from one of the newel balls was very rough and mis-shaped. I can't fault the rest of my order 40 spindles and the other 2 newel balls were perfect and delivery was on time.”

“The company was recommended by my nephew who had used you before. Ordering and delivery were all fine. I have not yet checked the product itself as it was delivered elsewhere. You had the product I needed.”
