I have only given good for the facts, as follows,
I have no bad comments on Jackson Woodturners because they have been very helpful and friendly.
My complaint is with the standard of The Burbidge Stairs parts,
The Newel Base is a different colour than the other 2 pieces and is badly gouge near the top on one side, I will have to try and stain this item, but it cannot be filled in because that will make it look worse.
So that is the cause of my comments.
