“Products very good quality, our primed spindles were very well covered and almost could get away with not painting them. Quick delivery, my only quibble is packaging. One spindle box was badly damaged, we didn’t report it as we had ordered a few extra spindles so the damaged ones we didn’t need and we were in a rush to fit the bannisters. They could be protected by a thin wooden board layer under the cardboard, as couriers are never careful with their loads and this would reduce damages. Also little chips throughout the primes spindles, so maybe look at wrapping each spindle in the tissue sheets not just a few throughout the boxes. Can’t fault the products in terms of quality though, we’ve had lots of compliments on the new bannisters. Would use this company again.”

“Excellent product. Order acknowledgment and delivery notifications were confusing as the online shops for 'Jacksonswoodturners' and 'simplystairparts' are not cleanly separated - and you get different information from the two systems.”

“Excellent spindles, easy to order items from your website. The only downside to the whole service was the delivery. I had an email confirming my chosen day of delivery and on that day I was tracking it's progress but suddenly it stopped a couple of calls before mine. I emailed your chosen courier but they never replied with an explanation. My order was delivered the following day. The driver could not give me an explanation what had happened the previous day.”

“The mop stick rail purchased was of good quality and reasonably priced. The fittings were very good and well packaged to ensure they were not damaged in transit. All fitted perfectly. The only slight aberration was the delivery company was not able to deliver on the allotted day, and had I not phoned them they would not have bothered to let me know, so a day spent in for no reason and the need to stay in the following day. Not a direct fault of Jackson’s but did marr the whole experience.”

“Order on line but made an error. However customer services sorted it out,no problem. Job went well but I ordered far to many spindles by mistake and did not realise until well after the returns policy agreement allowed. No problem they still gave me a refund. Good service and product.”

“Ordered online some handrail brackets that in other stores appeared to be impossible to find. The delivery was quick, on the day and time agreed, the products were immaculate, properly wrapped and boxed. The delivery cost is too expensive in my opinion, however I will consider to shop again here if necessary”

“Service was great with very polite staff . My items were delivered when they said and at a reasonable price. Well packaged for protection. Its a shame that whoever packed the 4.2 metre handrail didn't check it first, it is warped and twisted, not sure if it is usable or just an expensive piece of firewood.”
