My review would have been 5 star but for the fact that Jackson's have been very badly let down by their carriers TNT who firstly lost the parcels and then when they found them failed to deliver on the morning of the next working day as they had promised. Jackson Woodturners have given superb service, their website is good and easy to use, ordering on line was simple and efficient. when I rang to chase my goods they were very courteous and efficient. They dealt with the transport companies mess up, ringing back when they said they would to keep us fully informed. The goods themselves are excellent quality. Highly recommended.
