“I’m really pleased with my new glasses. They’re really good quality and my vision is brilliant with them! Better than the last few pairs I’ve had. Loved the virtual try on thing, really fun. I am delighted by the low price tab also and will definitely buy glasses from iOLLA again in the future.”

“Couldn't rate this company high enough! My glasses broke at a time when the country was in lockdown and I thought I may have to wait an age before getting new ones. Thanks to Iolla I received new glasses within a week! Never used Iolla before and was slightly anxious about ordering such a bespoke item online but their online customer chat service was so helpful and very reassuring. Already browsing my second pair! Would highly recommend, fantastic value for money and feels great to be supporting a local business!”

“I ordered my glasses online, (after breaking my only pare) even in lockdown there was a personal touch. They tried to get me a new pare ASAP . I’ll be using IOLLA again. Thank you”

“So easy, lost my prescription sunglasses last year. Just repeated my prescription for verifocal lenses and same frames, arrived 2-3 weeks later and fitted perfectly. Very happy.”

“Super easy! Tried the glasses on virtually before purchasing and once they came it was exactly the same! Also purchased the clip on sunglasses absolutely love and getting so many compliments! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my specs”

“The first pair of glasses I got (not from Iolla) were £120, slip around my face even though they measured my face, sat too close to my eyeball or cut off most of my vision. My Iolla pair were only £65, fit my face perfectly, and the frames I chose are wide enough that they don't impair my peripheral vision at all. I love them. I only wish there were more blue colour options, but my purple Miurs are still amazing.”

“I was apprehensive about receiving my order because I was unable to try on the frames in store and had to use the virtual try on function. Having now received my frames, I can confirm that the system is very accurate and I am over the moon with my new frames!”

“I received my glasses in under 2 weeks. I was pretty impressed given all the lockdown delays. The glasses are super-cute, and as someone with a very strong prescription, I especially love that they don't charge extra for lens thinning.”

Hi Gordon, we are so sorry to hear that your glasses don't feel quite right. I can see that after a chat with our Dispensing Optician, we decided to go for your intermediate prescription for now as we can't supply varifocals online to new customers. Our Dispensing Optician has emailed you now with a few questions to help us get to the bottom of this and find a solution that will work better for you. We would never see a customer stuck with glasses that don't work for them so we would like to assure you that we are committed to solving the problem as quickly as possible. “I’ve now bought my last 2 pairs of glasses from iolla and it’s always a pleasure to buy from (both the shop and from afar!) I’ve never had any issues that weren’t quickly and painlessly solved by the team - even though my last pair snapped in half but that’s down to having 2 young kids! Thanks everyone always”
