“This is now the 2nd time I have used IOLLA, and will continue to use them for my glasses. Even during COVID-19 the team were so helpful, and I got my glasses as fast as I could have expected. I love my new frames and the prescription is spot on. Plus, the price is great!”

“I ordered glasses online for the first time using Iolla. The online frame chooser was easy to use, and it was self explanatory how to provide my prescription and inter pupillary measurements. The glasses arrived quickly and I am very happy with them. Would definitely recommend, and I will be using again in preference to my usual high street optitians.”

“Fabulous glasses and excellent service. Iolla were quick to contact me about a wee issue with my prescription and considering the lockdown situation we’re in the service was so quick! I love the Muir frames and think I’ll be back for some sunglasses!”

“Excellent service in the lockdown. The girl I spoke to over the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. My third pair of glasses and always pleased , also when the shop was open always more than happy to adjust , tighten etc. Won't go anywhere else now”

“I had a few delays with my order due to confusion on the standardisation of prescriptions- would appreciate it if this was clearer when submitting. Other than this, any time I had to interact with the staff they were very clear and patient. The package arrived in such A nice box I almost didn’t want to open it.”

“Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. This was all done online and the communication was excellent, especially with being my first time buying online. Surpassed my expectations on the full experience including how quickly they were sent and beautifully packaged. Highly recommend.”

“I have nothing bad to say about my experience with Iolla. I found the live online chat service super helpful and the staff were very efficient and friendly when answering any queries I had. The offer of an at home try on was especially beneficial for me as I would otherwise be skeptical to order a pair of glasses without first trying them on. Lastly, the pricing is very reasonable and I'd definitely recommend Iolla to anyone looking to buy a new pair of glasses.”

“I received my prescription glasses last year from Iolla, so when I decided to get new prescription sunglasses I knew it would be from Iolla too! You can easily order online, adding your prescription. My order arrived quicky, and I was notified that it was on it's way. Amazing service and cost!”

“Bought a gift card online for a family members birthday. Super fast service, even in lockdown! The online version of the voucher arrived in my inbox first, soon followed by a physical gift card a few days later in the post. The gift card came in the cutest box packing, with a little glasses keychain inside too! Makes giving someone a gift card so much more special. Thank you Iolla!”
