“The staff at Iolla was brilliant when I came in with my almost broken frame and tried their best to give me a temporary fix. Eventually my glasses broke (someone stepped on them, because they were on the safest place, the floor...). I booked an appointment to go and try glasses, and everything was cleaned and disinfected as I went along. I picked my frames and the team got the order sorted for me. My glasses arrived safely in less than a week and I'm very excited about how they look!”

“This is my second set of glasses from Iolla. Great service, great products, great prices. Only criticism is that I have a relatively narrow face & the choice of frames that would suit are somewhat limited.”

“Ordered form Germany and the staff was very helpful. Shipping was pretty fast and so far I didn't have to pay any import taxes, We'll see about that in the future, thanks to Brexit ;-( Remember that you'd need some sort of "certified" eye-test in order to order, simply submitting your date won't suffice. The frame I ordered seems very well made, fits perfectly without any adjustment, the anti-glare works great. I am very happy.”

“Purchased glasses online & service was great. I was limited to style I have just now as shop was closed but I was happy with style so I just played around with colour. When shop opened I came in & got a minor adjustment to fit nicer on face - basically not fall of! Nothing a bother & wouldn’t hesitate to pop in again. Iolla is a game changer for me when it comes to specs I have been overcharged for years until they were recommended. No going back !”

“Was worried when I ordered my new sunglasses as I have a very strong prescription I was delighted with them and the price as I usually pay a lot more. Will definitely be back for my ordinary grasses Thankyou so much Iolla The service was also great during Covid.”

“Had a great experience browsing for my glasses and when they arrived they already fitted far better than any other pair I have got from a traditional optician. I was worried about getting them in the post but I shouldn't have been. Plus I love my new glasses and it was hard to narrow it down! Thanks :)”
