“Absolutely fantastic service - IOLLA went above and beyond to resolve my issue and were so friendly. The help I received in store in Edinburgh when purchasing my glasses and on the phone with Catriona when I had an issue were exemplary.”

“My first experience with Iolla but definitely not the last. Have received lots of lots of compliments on my new glasses. I bought 2 pairs as so reasonably priced .I love them, they are very stylish glasses. Can’t recommend Iolla highly enough truelly a lovely company to deal with, great staff and service 5 stars”

“Iolla was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad I had a look at their website. They had so many great choices of frames, ones that I couldn’t find elsewhere and much nicer designs compared to other companies. I was hesitant to buy online without trying them on but once they arrived they fitted perfectly and looked exactly like what I had wanted. Prescription was easy to send over and delivery was really quick! Would definitely recommend 🙂”

“What a fantastic selection Iolla have of glasses plus sunglasses! Different shapes, colours and sizes. I used to hate wearing glasses before. Now I constantly want a new pair! The team are extremely honest and helpful giving excellent service.”

“I bought a lovely pair of varifocals last year and didn't start wearing them until recently. I felt they weren't quite right and reluctantly emailed to let Iolla know, fearing they would say it was too late to complain, but they couldn't have been more helpful in rectifying the problem. They put new lenses in and they are perfect now. I am delighted with the product and the service.”

“Very accommodating service and quick to respond to my enquiries. My refurbished glasses have come back looking brand new! I’m also very pleased with the thinning of my lenses, I have a strong prescription in one eye but it is not noticeable in the thickness of my lense.”

“I have had such a fantastic experience with Iolla! After a year of muddling through with an old pair of glasses with broken frames and a habit of slipping off my nose, I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment to get some new glasses. Iolla really appealed to me as there is a wide but definite range of styles - I find making choices between anything when faced with walls and walls of options really hard! I had used the virtual 'try me on' part of the app, which had given me a rough idea of what I was looking for before I went. The range is laid out really clearly in store so you can see and try on all the colour options and I ended up with something a little different from what I would have chosen online. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and it felt like a very safe environment in store. It wasn't a problem when I realised I had left my prescription on the kitchen table and didn't have it with me! It could all be submitted online once I'd made the order. The made up glasses arrived really quickly and are great quality. I still need to pop in for a quick adjustment but I now where my glasses daily and they are fab! Thanks to the staff at the Stockbridge store for making the whole 'face to face in a pandemic' experience really relaxed and safe.”
