“I love my glasses so much. Plus they such a reasonable price which is nice you shouldn’t have spend fortune to look great. Also customer service was amazing, I had broken my glasses so they spend up getting my new pair over to me. I ended up buying another pair after that.”

“It could not have been a better experience - The staff were incredibly helpful, from the greeting as I came in the door to assisting with the payment (when I forgot my card and had to pay over the phone!). For once, I was torn between multiple pairs of glasses - such a great range and yet not too many (which often makes it hard to decide). Since purchasing, I’ve had them on daily and they’ve been great so far! Very happy”

“Iolla are great! I went in alone and couldn’t decide between 2 almost identical pairs of glasses and the girl working helped me by patiently watching me put then on and off and helping me choose. She was great!”

“Outstanding service price and delivery. I haven’t worn glasses for years. Went for an eye test. Did the virtual try on and then placed the order and sent over the prescription. Was such an easy process and ended up ordering 2 pairs. Highly recommend.”

“I have now purchased my 4th pair of glasses from Iolla. Once I had received them through the post I made an appointment to have them adjusted to fit. I was delighted to have the lovely Hannah of the Glasgow City Centre branch to help me. I had met Hannah before on previous visits. She is the most lovely, helpful person who really takes the time to ensure you are satisfied with the fit of the glasses. Sadly she is leaving to further her career. I would say however that it is unlikely that I will buy any more glasses as Ioalla have stopped offering the service of providing nose pieces on their frames which I was happy to pay extra for. Without this it is unlikely I will be able to get a good fit from the frame styles due to my having a small nose bridge. Ioalla, please, please reconsider!”

Hannah is a hugely valued part of the IOLLA family and we will miss her dearly! I'm so sorry to hear that you're disappointed that we are no longer able to fit nose pads onto our frames. “Love this company! The staff in the shop were excellent, really helpful, but not pushy. The range of glasses is immense, but because the staff are so knowledgable they help you refine your choices quickly, the big high street retailers cannot do this in my view. I was in and out in 35 minutes having chosen reading glasses and sunglasses for driving. Both pairs incredibly chic and well made. I received my glasses within 1 week through the post and they haven't required any adjustment. The price point means I am happy to go back and buy other frames for different occasions should I need to. Great product and service!”
