“Hi This is a good service with only a couple of blips. Making the initial order was complicated by having to place the order before finishing the details of size, colour etc. As a result, I made three orders by mistake but you sorted that out. The glasses fit very well but the frame colour is duller than shown on the website.”

“The team at iolla were so helpful! I ordered easily online using the new virtual try on service! I then needed to pop into the Edinburgh shop for a few adjustments and it was super easy to book. The gals there were so lovely and helpful and u felt very safe with limited people in the showroom. Thanks again!”

“Fantastic, quick service. I had chosen frames when in store last summer and then chose frames for sunglasses using the virtual try on which worked a treat. Both pairs arrived quickly and I'm very happy with them. Excellent!”

“Love all there glasses, they have an amazing selection at a very affordable price. A pair of mine broke over lockdown and they sent me a return sticker to send them directly to there warehouse to be fixed for free! My glasses we returned to me within ten days in time for starting my new job! Maxine was lovely with dealing with my issue. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for beautiful and unique glasses!”

“Really easy website to use. And the virtual try on is really accurate. I had my glasses just over a week and they are lovely. Prescription is spot on and the glasses are really well made and stylish. The case is so nice as well. I’ll go back for different styles.”
