“The fact that I now have 7 pairs of Iollas should be a good indication of my opinion! They're great folk to deal with and I appreciate that when I have a question, responses are friendly, helpful and considered, not just copy and paste standard answers. I've only been into a store once as I don't live nearby but it was a great experience and there was a lovely doggo there, which was a bonus! I'm not sure why I would consider going anywhere else now!”

“Was persuaded to get glasses too small for my face. I couldn't see. The girl was lovely but they really don't suit me. Nor does the colour. I look like Timmy Mallet or Sue Pollard. Have had a good experience in the past from Iolla.”

“Fantastic pricing, nice selection of styles, delivered quickly, no complaints! Just wish they were still £65 not £75 ;) haha. No really though, as a very very short-sighted person who usually spends upwards of £150 on lens thinning, this place is a godsend. Thank you Iolla!”

“I had such a lovely time buying my glasses from IOLLA! I'm a new glasses-wearer, and they made everything so easy and clear - everyone in the shop was absolutely lovely (and everything felt safe and considered with covid measures!!), and the delivery was super quick. My glasses are such high quality and so comfortable, I'm delighted with them!”

“I used the refresh service to update the prescription in 3 pairs of my frames - super easy process, all done online, postage sorted by Iolla, I didn’t even have to print the label myself! So handy and had them back within 3 days!”

“The entire process of purchasing my new specs was good. Great and stylish choice of frames - a bit quirky and interesting colours. It was easy to access my prescription from Specsavers as I'd recently had my eyes tested. The cost of the completed specs was a bit high for me at the time so the prescription was saved for me. I was then able to call Iolla during Lockdown and ask for the order to be made up and sent. My new glasses arrived as advised and they are a perfect fit. They arrived in a new style case that you can fold flat. What's not to like?”

“Overall good however not allowed to try frames on in store without mask on which is useless. Poor choice of frames. Nothing inspiring”

Hi Elizabeth, we're so sorry to hear you were disappointed by your visit to our showroom. As advised by the Scottish Government, it is a legal requirement to wear a face covering when doing all essential shopping so unfortunately our customers can't remove their masks inside the showrooms. Our teams have been fantastically resourceful however and are offering all customers to take the frames they like outside with one of our handheld mirrors, to take a look at their full face with the glasses on. We're so sorry if this was missed on your visit. I will send you a follow-up email now to ask for any more feedback you have, as this is all really helpful for us to improve as we move on and continue to adapt to give the best service possible during the Coronavirus pandemic.

“I love my new Iolla glasses, and the service provided is exactly the reason I went back having been a customer before. Lovely staff both in store and on the phone who were really helpful, especially during lockdown. Great choice of frames, and I still can't believe how good value they are having needed glasses all my life. Thank you!”
