“It was easy to book a same-day appointment to try on frames in the Stockbridge store, and when I arrived the process and covid hygiene measures for trying them on was clearly explained by staff. They had a great range of options to try and I had the whole shop to myself so felt safe taking my time to decide. The employee I spoke to was also very friendly and gave advice to help me pick my frames without ever being pushy. Once I made my purchase my new glasses were delivered to my home within roughly a week. Overall I'm very happy with the service and product I received!”

“Honestly one of the best pair of glasses I’ve ever bought. lenses are crisp clear! I’m picking my next pair already!! At £75 it’s very reasonable and so affordable to be on trend.”

“This is my 5th pair of glasses from Iolla, as always the quality is brilliant snd the staff are always happy to help(even in a pandemic!) I got my older pairs tightened up and took home my newest favourites.”

“I love iOLLA. I've got various glasses from there over the past few years. Staff are always friendly and so helpful when it comes to choosing a pair. A special mention to Rebecca in the Finnieston shop who helped me when my Ferriers snapped and I thought I'd be left blind! DOG FRIENDLY! Need I say more? Pooches get pets while you get compliments on your specks. Glorious day out in itself if you ask me! Delivery is typically really quick. Keep in mind you're getting personalised glasses so two weeks max during a pandemic is speedy. Luckily mine have always arrived within a week or less. Can't wait for my next pair already despite only receiving my latest pair of Bells in the photo a few weeks ago.”
