“Great service, loved the virtual try on - I think I tried every pair! A colleague recommended you after I mentioned I needed an upgrade, she described you as local, trendy, and affordable. I have done the same with all of my friends and family! Fab service, can't wait to pick my next pair.”

“I was so sceptical about ordering glasses this way initially. I had went through the website and thought that the price was too good to be true. I have a strong prescription so was expecting to pay crazy money. Nope, just the price it says on the site. Delivered to my door in 10 days! I will 100% be using Iolla again”

“Excellent service for my first pair of glasses. They helped me pick out pairs that they thought would suit me and left me to decide for as long as I wanted without feeling rushed at all. They wanted me to make the right decision! Really lovely people with a great service. Glasses are well priced and gorgeous- thank you!”

“I LOVE my glasses!!!!!! LOVE them! I cannot recommend this company enough! Excellent price, really funky frames and so easy to order. I couldn’t go to their store due to Covid, but everything was done efficiently. I spoke to a member of staff over the phone and she was so friendly and lovely! Brilliant company! Thank you!”

“Went to IOLLA during lockdown to get my prescription lenses updated. Everything was done respecting social distancing, the staff I spoke to was super friendly and helpful and despite them advising it would take up to 10 days to have my classes delivered I got them after only 3 days after shipping them! Super fast and friendly service, thank you!”

“The glasses are so quirky, great quality and they make me feel so confident. Great customer service and they arrived earlier than expected. Couldn’t recommend more, they take all the difficulty out of buying new glasses. Also chose mine from the online viewer and it was so handy!”

“Great service, especially during Covid - very organised, and felt safe. Great displays and selections grouped well visually, not overwhelmed like in other shops - I find it easier to make a choice on shape etc. Great price, everything included, no add-ons - and delivered to your door - what a fantastic service over all. I would definitely use again and recommend.”
