“Great value for money. Always a really good fit. Have bought more glasses in the last year from them than I have from high street opticians in the last ten years due to costs. Also do a much much better job of making my lenses thin. Can highly recommend.”

“**UPDATE** to my surprise I was contacted by IOLLA shorty after posting my review, they wanted to make things right by a customer. I went back and forth with them trying to figure out what the issue may be, I sent them the glasses back for them to check them. By the end of it, we could not figure out what the issue was and the only step left was for me to go back and get my eyes tested again, however I was not comfortable with that due to the current pandemic situation. They offered to credit the money and once I accepted the money was in my account within 24hr (although is worth noting that this can take up to 5 working days and it will depend solely on your bank) I work looking after customer experience for a big company, and I can honestly say the level of customer service you personally and IOLLA as a company is 100% what I aspire my guys to aim for. This has been such a effortless customer centred experience. I was impressed with the service before but now I am just blown away. I will absolutely buy another set of glasses in the future but most importantly I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know that is looking to get a new set of specs. Honestly, outstanding service. I’m not sure if I am allowed, but I would like to give a special shout out to Maxine, she was just incredible. Thanks for all you help IOLLA, stay safe. ——————— My personal experience with IOLLA was not the best, however I don't think over all they are a bad company, quite the opposite. I have a pretty high prescription, and I usually spend over close to £300 on a new pair of glasses and that’s with the lenses thinned as much as possible, so the idea of getting a new pair of glasses for £75 was very appealing. The process was pretty straight forward, pay for the glasses, add some details and attach a copy of your prescription, wait a few days and get your new glasses. Pretty flawless to be honest. My issue was when I received the glasses, the glasses are extremely well made, they are sturdy, the glass was thinned and they were comfortable to wear, however, and this was just my experience, I could not get used to the prescription, I was getting sore eyes and headaches, and could absolutely not drive with them, I did have them on for a few days but they are a no from me.”

“Put in my Bell Matte Ocean Tortoise frames in to repair nose pad arm that I had specially added. Brilliant, prompt and courteous service and free. Very much appreciated. Looking to get another pair of Iolla frames, once lockdown eased to allow.”

“I have just bought varifocals for the first time and I am loving them! I had heard differing reports about how good and bad they were, but I'm glad I took the chance and as usual Iolla was fantastic. I have bought several pairs from them over the years and as ever, they were professional, very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend them as a company. The quality of the glasses is fantastic and they always have great styles and colours. I have recommended them to family and friends over the years and they too have only good things to say!”

“Staff in shop were amazing Rebecca helped so much and made the experience calm and enjoyable very funny made a very nervous me a lot calmer, glasses are amazing and came in just under 10 days”

“I love my new Iolla glasses. They feel like great quality, they arrived promptly and they suit me really well. They are great value and I might have to get a second pair. The only thing I worried about was the fact that returns are difficult. I guess I was lucky that these specs suit me and fit me so well!”

We don't usually offer returns on prescription glasses as they are a bespoke product with lenses tailor made to your prescription. However, if you had been unhappy with your glasses, we would never have seen you stuck with a pair you don’t love. “Outstanding service from start to finish. The customer service in store is brilliant! Everyone in the store is helpful, friendly & honest when asked for opinions. Glasses delivered in 7 days when had been told would be 14 day so was delighted to receive them so quickly. Love them & wouldn’t go anywhere else for Glasses now! “Love the new frames and I couldn't find cheaper glasses anywhere else for my prescription - it's such a good deal with the thinning included. The order was packaged so nicely, and the case and cloth add more lovely small touches. I do get a little colour halo on objects in my peripheral vision, but it doesn't bother me too much. I think it's probably just due to my very strong prescription (+7). Overall, I'm thrilled.”
