“The range of frames, prices and service at Iolla were excellent. Unfortunately my optician gave me the wrong prescription so when my glasses were made up they were not correct. The Iolla customer service was excellent and they fixed the problem quickly and without fuss.”

“Absolutely love my new glasses! This is my third pair in roughly ten years and these are the first that have ACTUALLY suited me and look good! The only annoying thing about my experience is having to provide a letter from your optician re your prescription, when I knew my prescription regardless, but aside from that I’m very happy with my IOLLA experience.”

Thank you for your review Joanna, we're so happy to hear you love your new glasses! Due to legislation we do need to see a signed and dated prescription from your optician. As we have this on file for you now, you wouldn't need to resubmit for any future orders until your next test was due 🤓

“Great experience. I tried loads of frames on "virtually" so I knew what I was looking for. Then I tried on a few in store. The staff were great, the service was quick and easy and the glasses themselves are really good, and excellent value. I got 2 pairs of designer quality glasses for the price of one designer pair.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, the store was fully equipped for COVID safety, and I found my perfect pair of glasses. These are the frames of my dreams and although I needed to go back in for a fit and adjustment, they encouraged me to come back whenever I require any further adjustments in future. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“Love my new glasses ! I recently chose my first prescription pair of glasses at IOLLA . I was spoiled for choice , picked one pair and added a second to my profile to buy in a month or two The sales advisor was very helpful and informed me that my new specs would be delivered to my home address in about 10 days. She advised me to call into the shop if I needed them adjusted in any way, which I did. The technician quickly adjusted them there and then and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the end result. I felt very confident with all of the COVID procedures in store .”

“The service in IOLLA is amazing! The team work hard to assist throughout your visit (even with the distancing measures in place as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic) and you’re never left feeling as though you can’t ask any questions you might have. The hygiene & safety measures in store are second to none - all protocols ensure customer safety making it a comfortable experience. Miles ahead of High St opticians. I would always recommend IOLLA.”

“The service in the city centre store is wonderful. Staff are so friendly, helpful and genuine. I always have a great experience when I go in, although it's hard to choose just one pair of glasses when so many are super stylish! In terms of waiting for my glasses to be posted, I waited maximum of 3 days which is spectacular turnaround time. Really happy with them and can't wait to go back next payday for another pair to add to my collection.”

“Delighted with my new glasses. Safe, easy visit to the Finnieston shop to choose the frames and the glasses were posted to me within the time promised. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Fantastic service- I would definitely recommend!”

“Friendly helpful service in the Stockbridge shop. Good to try on frames & v happy with hygiene procedures. I couldn’t get the colour lens in the frame I wanted but got a lovely pale green frame with greyish lenses that work well for me on hazy, winter days. V happy with the price too!”
