“Needed a duplicate pair of Iolla specs in a hurry (it was the day before the lock down!) and staff in the Glasgow shop dealt with my order very calmly and efficiently. I got my specs (through the post) less than a week later.”

“I visited the Stockbridge IOLLA showroom shortly before the Coronavirus lockdowns occurred. My showroom experience was stellar, customer service was warm and friendly. I would 100% recommend visiting the showrooms to get a clear idea of what your glasses will actually look like, as I left having ordered something totally different to what I'd predicted walking in. I originally decided to collect my glasses in store, however as the Covid-19 situation developed IOLLA offered free home delivery to anyone who had arranged for in-store collection, which I decided to take. My glasses arrived promptly and well-packed. I am beyond thrilled with my new glasses, they have given me such a boost in confidence and I am now flaunting around my house in Covid-19 isolation waiting for the day I can show them to the world.”

“I’ve had a great experience of Iolla. There service is great, the frames are fashionable and affordable, and they replaced the lenses at an affordable price too. They even paid for the return postage themselves because of coronavirus as I wasn’t able to collect them in store.”
