“Excellent service from Stockbridge store. Lady who took my measurements was extremely friendly and efficient. Due to Coronavirus the glasses have been posted out to me - perhaps I will go in for a slight adjustment to the legs when restrictions lifted but otherwise they fit perfectly. First time I have had glasses for distance and they are excellent- nicely made. I have glaucoma so get more frequent eye tests and the replacement lense option was explained and is an excellent idea.”

“The buying experience was excellent but Covid-19 got in the way of the collection and subsequent adjustment. This is absolutely not your fault but I'm now left with a pair of glasses which don’t really fit. However, in the future I would certainly use Iolla again.”

“LOVE my new prescription sunglasses frames! My husband and I both ordered new frames before COVID-19 lockdown and I was so gutted I wouldn't be able to go pick them up, but IOLLA offered free home delivery and they were with us within the week, so we're very thankful for the teams dedication to keep us looking fresh! Amazing quality glasses with so many stylish frames to choose from, at an absolutely ridiculous, in a good way, price.”

“Lovely staff really helpful. For a student the prices are great. Would love lilac crystal frames in Smith style or another larger frame then I would be unbelievably happy”

“Staff were Friendly and keen to advise and support. I was happy with my choice in the shop but now that my specs have arrived I feel they are too big for my face. They are touching off my cheeks which is uncomfortable - Perhaps this should have been pointed out to me? Good service though”

All of the staff in our showrooms are trained and signed off in the dispensing of glasses and should offer advice if a frame doesn't fit well so we do apologise if we have missed this with your order.
