“Great service by friendly staff. This is my second pairs (glasses and sunglasses) in the last two years from Iolla and the quality and style are just amazing. I frequently get asked where my glasses and sunglasses are from. I like things that are a bit quirky and they fit the bill to a tee.”

“I cannot remember the names of all the team members who helped me the day are purchased my glasses, but they were all perfect. Super helpful, very knowledge and the service was just amazing!!! Would recommend to everyone!”

“Thank you so much for my gorgeous sunglasses. I can’t praise your excellent service enough. Your team had saved my prescription from October so meant all I had to do was select the frames I wanted. I received my prescription sunglasses within 1 week of ordering direct to my door.”

“My glasses arrived in the post. I emailed to say they were sliding way down my nose, asking if it should be logged for whenever your showrooms open. I received a very quick response offering reassurance and wishing me good health. Now that is service!”

“Great service from beginning to end. Love my new glasses & the price. They are varifocals & I am impressed at the lens quality. I can pay up to 3 times what I paid for my Iolla's Might have to have another pair.”

“A very good experience - easy to choose & order in shop, excellent pricing, nice designs ( who needs to pay for eg Hugo Boss name on glasses ! ), good coms post purchase and on time delivery. Glasses fit the bill and look good.”

“Lovely little showroom, friendly, helpful and relaxed staff. I was nervous buying my first ever pair of glasses, the staff were so helpful and patient. Went back to have my lenses renewed and they were returned fully “serviced” - tightened, polished and in a new case with a new cloth. Highly recommended - I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“I ordered my varifocal sunglasses in store and was very happy with the assistant, who was very professional and made me feel confident about the process. Due to the ongoing health situation my glasses were delivered to my home. I am very happy with the quality and price of my glasses. The lenses are a slightly lower grade than my regular glasses,( but still acceptable), and I saved about £200. Overall I would recommend Iolla, really modern frames at an affordable price. Thank you 🙂”
