“In this strange new world, the staff at IOLLA made browsing and purchasing new glasses a relaxing and enjoyable experience. From the moment you entered the store they were welcoming and warm. They explained the process and helped with decisions. They were just great! Thank you!”

“My experience in the store whilst choosing my glasses was extremely pleasant, all of the staff at the west George Street branch were helpful, despite the social distancing measures and made sure I got what I wanted in my glasses, they were delivered to my door within ten days, and I can say I will keep coming back to the store, they are the comfiest glasses I've had in a long time! All for a fantastic price! Thank you for the great service!”

“My daughter persuaded me to give IOLLA a try when I needed a new pair of reading glasses. She brought me along to the shop in West George street and the warm welcome from the staff was a great first impression. I was dealt with professionally throughout and ordered a pair of glasses in the Somerville style. The glasses arrived 10 days later and I am delighted with them. I am a new fan of IOLLA !!!”

“I was very pleased with sunglasses I ordered. But found the varifocal glasses frames were much darker than I expected. Appeared much lighter in shop”

Thank you for your review Frances and we're so sorry to hear your sunglasses are not quite what you expected. I can see you ordered Swinton in Vanilla Tortoise and our tortoiseshell frames do vary in pattern so it could be that the one you have received has more of a dark mix. “Absolutely love my new glasses! I ordered 2 pairs and found the online try on really useful when selecting which ones to buy. I also had an issue with my PD that IOLLA sorted really quickly - customer service was fantastic! Would definitely order from IOLLA again in the future! :)”

“I was sceptical about ordering online but I needn’t have been. I’ve saved hundreds as I usually have to pay a small fortune for the thinnest glass! Really impressed with the service and quality. Cannot recommend enough!”

“Should have picked the original glasses I wanted but was persuaded to go for another, don't like the ones I got now i see them on with lenses in so won't wear them”

“Fab first experience with iOLLA from start to finish. Recommended by a friend, I was able to chose various shapes and colours of glasses on line, virtually, to give me an idea before going to the shop. Many different styles to chose from and obviously at a great price. Appointment made and everything very clear in the process for attending the shop. Both ladies were lovely, very helpful and glasses chosen no problem.....received a week later with no problems - great service and would recommend to anyone....”
