“The staff are very friendly and I usually get advice to help choose a new pair of glasses. I would give 5 stars but my only issue with the shop is that the level of customer service is not consistent. There have been times when I've went in myself or with a friend and the staff haven't approached to give assistance when it was needed. Other than that, I do love the shop and the overall customer experience is great. The frames are also very good quality and there's so many styles and colours to choose from.”

“My glasses are really nice and prescription is spot on. However it took 20 days for them to arrive, Iolla said they didn't receive my prescription first time round yet I sent it via THEIR link so it had to be correct (and it didn't bounce back to indicate there was a problem). On trying to contact them it just took me from one pre-recorded message to another and eventually they hung up, so that was frustrating.”

“I'd heard about IOLLA through friends who highly recommended both the glasses and the service. For their low prices I kept thinking, "What's the catch?" and the honest answer is nothing! I had a great and personal service in store, and the glasses arrived without issue. They're quality and trendy and I've now got two pairs. Couldn't recommend these guys any more.”

“Glasses never quite fit unless you go back to the shop. Lenses are OK, but never perfect. Service levels are fine.”

“Great welcoming and friendly staff dealing with customer’s experiences in difficult times. My experience over the phone and in there shop was excellent and a credit to the Iolla brand and ethos. I love my glasses and the personal advice around frames and lenses was priceless. Thank you.”

“This was a very pleasant experience. During these times, social distancing measures were in place in the store. I always felt safe & the lady assistant was always very careful. I had done some research beforehand & had narrowed my choice to 3 pairs. However she was very helpful & I actually tried 4 pairs on the day. After making my choice, the various measuring techniques were handled professionally & details & payment were quickly processed. I should have received the new glasses in 2 weeks but Iolla emailed me to say that they were not satisfied with the quality of the glasses & a replacement pair were re-ordered & this was being treated as a priority. This assured me that they have standards that must be met. After 6 days the replacement pair arrived & I am very happy with them. I hold Iolla in high regard as a very reputable company.”
