“I love these glasses! They are such good quality and so pretty for their price compared to other brands. The staff in the store are always so helpful, even adjusting my glasses for free when needed! Can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“Very helpful & polite staff, great product, and excellent price & delivery service. This is now my 3rd time ordering glasses from Iolla and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have now introduced free postage which used to be £5, another saving. Well done Iolla. Regards Douglas H.”

“What a fantastic service! Easy to order and gorgeous range of styles. My glasses are a perfect fit! My only complaint is there’s so much choice I’m not sure I can stop at one pair 🤓. Thank you Iolla. Would highly recommend!”

“I'm really disappointed with my varifocals from Iolla. They just don't seem right somehow - and I have worn varifocals for thirty years, so am used to them. Do you have a returns policy? Some opticians have a thirty day period, where they will reimburse a customer who is unhappy with the purchase.”

“As ever, I've been impressed by my IOLLA experience. This time I chose a new pair of glasses, and got my existing pairs reglazed due to an updated prescription. Your Edinburgh store manager Hannah was very helpful, as were her colleagues, and everything in store felt very safe. My glasses did take a while to arrive, which wasn't ideal, but the main delay was the fault of Royal Mail rather than IOLLA.”

“Recently visited IOLLA. Very helpful staff. Fixed my current glasses for me and were great at processing the purchase of my new glasses, which I LOVE! Always a pleasure to visit IOLLA. Staff seem so happy at what they do. Makes me wish I worked there! Well done IOLLA for making a mundane purchase an enjoyable one :). Already recommended to friends and family.”
