“A fabulous service , emailed my prescription and received my new glasses within a week, I’ve now had sunglasses, prescription sunglasses and now prescription glasses. Would definitely recommend buying your glasses at Iolla.”

“Brilliant service! Loved the whole experience, felt super freeing that all glasses were unisex and the same price allowed me to focus in on what style was right for me! Felt really safe and protected with practices in place during this difficult period - Highly recommending IOLLA to everyone!”

“Felt very safe in the city centre showroom. All correspondence prior to my visit was good. My glasses were delivered within the time frame and I'm very happy with them!”

“Great selection of frames in lots of different colours. I really like that their frames do come in different colours, it makes it so much easier to find a style you like and then pick out the colour that suits you best. The service was absolutely fantastic too, the staff were helpful and chatty but not pushy at all. They gave me time to browse by myself and were there to answer my many questions! Everything felt very safe in the shop too, with lots of hand gel and a good process for cleaning frames after they'd been tried on.”

“I absolutely LOVE my new glasses! The whole process to selecting and ordering glasses is so well thought out. I love that you can virtually try on each style, and that you can filter the the glasses to narrow, medium and wide fitting. You just have to take a few extra measurements, but everything is clearly explained how to do so. Once you've uploaded your prescription and sent off your measurements, your glasses arrive pretty quickly. The customer service is so friendly and helpful, and the glasses are such good quality for the price. Highly recommend! 😊”

“Went into the IOLLA shop in Stockbridge which has a very good system for social distancing and cleaning the glasses once touched. Ended up getting a pair of regular glasses and sunglasses. The lady who served me helped me pick out frames and I never know what looks good. She was extremely helpful and I will continue to buy IOLLA glasses for the customer service alone. Also the glasses are awesome.”

“I had a very positive visit to Iolla in Stockbridge where they replaced the lens in my glasses for reading only, using my existing frames, something which a certain high street chain wouldn’t do. Assistants very helpful.”

“I LOVE my new glasses. These are the second pair I’ve bought from Iolla and I’ll be buying many more in the future. They are exactly the style I was looking for and brilliant quality. Very happy with the price too- with my prescription I always need lens thinning which is conveniently included! 10/10 service- can’t recommend Iolla enough x”
