“My glasses broke and I needed a new pair. I wasn’t sure how to get them whilst isolating but my my friend recommended Iolla to me! I’ve never ordered glasses online so was a little hesitant but I loved the website, the virtual try on made it so easy to see the styles and my frames and prescription were spot on! So happy with them and can’t fault my experience. So sad we don’t have a store down in Hertfordshire x”

“Couldn't fault the customer service (it goes such a long way). And even during a pandemic my glasses arrived and are PERFECT, the best glasses I've ever had. I can't believe how much I paid for them, it feels almost too good to be true, but it isn't! They are amazing!”

“Due to current circumstances (COVID-19) my specs were slightly delayed but I know this is not the case ever. The team (Catriona & Lucy) were excellent in handling the situation and were incredibly helpful with any queries. Great shop and excellent value, wouldn’t shop Anywhere else.”

“I am very pleased with my new glasses and when we are all back to some kind of normal I will be coming back to get prescription sunglasses too. Thanks again and hopefully won’t be too long till I can pop in to pick my sunnies.”

“I have just bought my second pair of Iolla glasses- sunglasses this time! So easy to order, I ordered after lockdown began, everything online was seamless, the help from customer support when I had a question about a voucher I had was amazing! Such a wonderful company to buy from. Genuine, caring and of course the best glasses in town. ‘My sunglasses arrived quickly and are perfect! So glad I got them before this gorgeous weather started! Can’t wait to order more soon”
