“My glasses broke and I am pleased to say that Within 4 days of speaking to Iollla on the telephone I had my lenses replaced into a new frame and sent back to me. These 4 days included the time for postage from my address to Iollas and back again. Very impressed with their service.”

“I loved my Iolla experience. The appointment and shop procedures were covid safe so felt great. The staff were really helpful, talking me through popular frames and things, and the glasses themselves are lovely and so affordable. Very impressed!”

“Job done, after taking my Spectacles into Glasgow they did not have a screw to fix them. So had to be sent away. But job done and back in zjig time.”
