“First time buying Prescription glasses and sunglasses at Iolla (Glasgiw City Centre Branch). The whole experience was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff, amazing prices and a great selection!! Will be a returning customer.”

“I had to change my lenses of my IOLLA frames due to a new prescription, and it was honestly such a quick and straightforward process thanks to the IOLLA team! The staff at the Glasgow West End shop couldn’t have been more helpful. They also ensured that everything was done safely and socially distanced throughout the pandemic.”

“Rebecca was an absolute GEM! She helped me pick my perfect frames and made the process so easy. Delivery was so quick and the adjustment appointment was done in a flash! I felt very safe at Iolla, all Covid precautions were in place and everything was spotless! Only problem - It’s too hard to choose just 1 pair of frames :(”

“The easiest, most enjoyable glasses-buying experience I have ever had in my life! The website and the virtual try-on tool allowed me to choose my frames ahead of time, and then all that was left was to visit the store to try them on. Hannah was extremely polite and helpful throughout.”

“Easy interaction to choose frames & have my prescription made up. Even my little dog was made welcome. New specs arrived within a week. The frames needed tightening & little & that was speedily taken care of. The staff are al charming, the service is impeccable & the price is right.”

“Always brilliant service from the team at IOLLA. Got a new pair of glasses and a refresh of an old pair this time around and it feels like I got 2 new pairs! Very quick turnaround for both items which is fantastic at this current time”
