“Love, love, love IOLLA. The whole experience from arrival at the store is fantastic, staff are friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed and will give you as much help as you need to pick a frame that will work for you. They stock a vast array of frames to suit most tastes, from classics to modern frames and their sunglasses are also great, with most frames being able to be finished for sunglasses. The fixed price means you will always know what you are paying. And keeps them affordable. The shops are open at the moment and have strict covid policies, which makes for a very safe shopping environment. Thanks IOLLA! Great glasses, great service”

“I have my new specs and also clip on sun shades. My experience with Iolla was excellent. Reliable and speedy service. I was delighted with my spectacles at such a reasonable price. The clip on sun shades for the Bruce frame, I would have liked a darker lense but I think there was only two shades on offer.”

“Good customer experience even with the challenging Covid restrictions in place! I was served by Rebecca who was great and made me feel really comfortable with lovely conversation as well as excellent customer service! Process was easy and received my glasses quickly on the post, have already recommended to family members!”

“The funky-frames are a delight, the wonderful Scottish names are pure niche - and the prices!!!! Fan-dabby-dozzie PS if you get round to swimming goggles can I suggest 'Wilkie' after the great Scottish Olympian!!”

“Was my first time buying glasses outwith a well known high street options. The whole process was great from the virtual try on, to going into store for a COVID safe appointment. What a fantastic range to choose from. The guys in Stockbridge were very helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly honest! My glasses arrived earlier than expected and am super pleased. Will definitely be back and have already recommended to friends”

“I only buy glasses from Iolla now - they have a great selection of frames and I appreciate the fact that you pay one price, regardless of how bad your prescription is. I also love their refresh service, which allows you to keep your frames but change up your prescription. It's a much more sustainable option than getting new frames every time. The customer service is great and they don't constantly try to upsell you with extras like most glasses places do.”

“Quick, easy, simple. Loved the try it on virtually service and really easy to input prescription and a photo so they can do the measurement between eyes. Arrived really quickly I'm minimal package. Will order again”

“Great experience despite lockdown. Hard to tell if different glasses suit your face when you have to keep a mask on but the staff were really helpful in giving advice and I’m really pleased with the two pairs of varifocals I ordered. Also good follow up to adjust one of them to fit better.”

“I really love my glasses. I was a little worried as I’d ordered online so hadn’t tried them on but the online visualiser is pretty good. They are good quality and I was really happy with the price regardless of prescription, in the past I’ve had to pay a lot more for my tricky prescription. I would definitely order from Iolla again.”

“My frames are lovely, I made an appointment in the shop, chose my frames, got measured up and two weeks later they were delivered to me. They fit perfectly and the varifocal quality is excellent, I am planning to order a pair of prescription sunglasses soon. Also the price is great and all the frames are lovely, which makes it tricky to choose. Thanks Iolla”

“Absolutely first class service, plus point that our dog was allowed into the appointment also rather than left in the car. Not disappointed with the glasses purchased for myself, husband and teenage son. Will definitely be returning”
