“I bought my first pair of glasses after my daughters and wife had Iolla glasses for a year. I wasn’t quite convinced that I could get a beautiful prescription glasses that last for just £75. I am so happy that I bought my first pair of many to come Iolla glasses as I am extremely happy with the design and the quality. I recommend it to everyone who like me has been pay over £250 for glasses.”

“I had a very impressive experience from start to finish with IOLLA. I looked on line at the wide range of frames and made use of the excellent tool ‘virtual try on ‘. I required 2 pair of glasses so I decided to visit the shop. I booked my visit on line and made an appointment for West George Street branch. It was simple to book and I was pleased to be taken on time. The Assistant had a lovely manner, a very friendly welcoming and clearly explained the safety measures in place. It made me feel the environment was safe.I was particularly pleased with the facility to try on the frames without my mask. Both pairs of glasses were posted out to me as scheduled. Loving both pairs, perfect fit. I have already recommended IOLLA to several friends.”

“From start to finsh, the experience was absolutely superb! I had a lovely time in the Stockbridge, Edinburgh store and the two young men on the shop floor were super approachable and helpful. They showed a real excellent standard of customer service. I was also impressed with the choice and styles on offer. There really is a style for everyone and Iolla's glasses are beautifully designed -I've received several comments about mines :)! All in all an excellent experience and I look forward to returning to IOLLA in the future for all my optometry needs!”

“Felt like this shades was meant for my face, it fits perfectly and it does the job for me by blocking out as much light as possible. But even when it isn’t sunny or too bright, it still doesn’t make the outside look dark through the lens. Also, when I where these I even forget I have on shades/something on my face as they are so comfortable, light yet sturdy. Worth the money!!”

“Fabulous experience in the West End shop. Staff were welcoming from the start, putting me at ease and giving great, impartial advice. It was my first time purchasing a pair of frames, and I was made to feel comfortable and encouraged to stand out in the doorway so I could view my reflection properly! Was extremely happy with my choice as well as the service and delivery. Brilliant selection of frames to choose from too!”

“I love my new glasses from IOLLA. I haven't seen this style anywhere else, and this is why I bought them online. I had never bought a frame online before and I was a bit apprehensive. It was a stress free process, and I was impressed by the quality of the frame. However, I wish IOLLA did varifocal lenses as it has been really difficult to find an optician who'd accept to just do the lenses. I had to have them done online with another company, and I'm still waiting for my glasses back.”

We do offer varifocals at IOLLA but I'm afraid that we'd have to see you in our showroom as we need to take quite precise measurements of where your eyes sit in the frame of your choice to make sure your varifocals are perfect. If you're ever able to make the trip up to Scotland, we'd love to help you out!

“Love the range of glasses offered at Iolla. Had such a wonderful experience at Stockbridge with the staff who were so helpful and lovely towards me. I will always shop at Iolla for my glasses and sunglasses. The glasses I received are so trendy and different to what I usually go for, but they are such amazing value for money and look brilliant with everything I wear.”

“Love Iolla, best experience that I've had with purchasing glasses both in store and this time online. Frames are great, and the price is unbeatable with the thinning etc included (compared to being charged £150+ for thinning lenses on my glasses/sunglasses at specsavers!). Have recommended to all!”
