“Very pleasant and efficient staff at Finniestan branch dealt with my glasses repair in a safe Covid friendly environment. My glasses were swiftly returned to me by post within 4 days and are just like new, including a new case with lens cleaner cloth free of charge. How could anyone not be happy with that kind of service?”

“Amazing service, lovely specs, just brilliant through and through. I've had Iolla frames for almost 3 years now and still absolutely love them. Had three pairs refreshed recently and the team were so helpful and quick to get them back to me, even during a lockdown!”

“Excellent personal Covid safe service in comfortable customer friendly shop. Unbelievable choice range in frames with expert advice and assistance. Cost - once again unbelievable for frames and lenses - very affordable. Home delivery in less than 10 days and I love love love them”

“Thank you so much for a creative, easy and interactive experience! I absolutely love my new glasses and have recommended IOLLA to so many people already. I ordered online and loved the 'try on' tool - safe to say my glasses looked on me exactly how I thought they would. The new case, cloth and personalisation was so impressive too. Delivered in a triangular box, our postie said 'I think it's a Toblerone, but wouldn't want to give it away'. Thanks again :)”

“Hi guys, The staff at the Finnieston branch were unbelievably helpful. Walked me through all the new Covid measures in the store and even recommended a style of frame which would suit my prescription. I've been wearing glasses for 24 years...and nobody's ever thought to give me that advice. Thanks guys, my frames are amazing. Roberto”

“I bought my first pair of Iolla glasses online during lockdown and it couldn’t have been easier! The website was very easy to navigate with its useful virtual try on. Once ordered they came quick and the quality is great. Super sturdy frames and lovely case. Very impressed! Thank you”
