“My iolla glasses are gorgeous ! I ordered them online and was able to virtually try them on and it was a simple process to put in the prescription. They were delivered very quickly. I would definitely use iolla again.”

“Very helpful staff, I needed new frames urgently as my only pair had broken. Ordered on Saturday came on Tuesday even faster than they thought given present coronavirus issues with businesses operations. Recommend to anyone great prices and choices of frame style”

“Came in to get glasses reframed and to get a new pair. Shop felt extremely safe and clean and staff were incredibly helpful and ensured they were keeping their distance and disinfecting anything that exchanged hands. Old glasses were reframed and cleaned - almost like a new pair - and the new ones arrived with them in perfect condition.”

“Experience in store was great, lots of lovely frames to try on and the staff were very helpful. My glasses were posted out to me as they're not currently doing in store collections however the frames are a really loose fit. I went into the store to have them adjusted and although they initially seemed better they are loose again within a week. I suspect this is because the measurements for the frame were taken at a distance behind a screen (covid precautions) but it's quite disappointing as my glasses continually slip down!”

The measurements we take from you in our showroom relate to how we glaze your glasses rather than the fit of your actual frame. We'd love to have another chance to adjust the fit of your glasses for you to see if we can get them fitting perfectly. A member of our customer service team has emailed you to arrange a booking to have your frame adjusted. I hope this helps!

“The experience of using the Glasgow store was very quick and efficient. The online selection meant I had an idea of what I was looking for prior to the site visit. The quality and design of the glasses are excellent. The cost is exceptionally low compared to traditional opticians. I purchsed 2 pairs of glasses. Due to the cost, range of glasses and user experience I plan to buy more in the coming weeks.”
